contacting them "egocentric" and ignorant.

But the pair also admitted the show has received complaints from indignant followers, some thing Brooke just cant comprehend:
"I think it's egocentric... simply because issues are shifting with the times. These days there's nothing wrong with becoming homosexual so why not have it on screen?", she said, adding: "If it's offending 
you then do not watch!". Simples eh?
Sacha additional: "I don't think we've experienced any unfavorable feedback from gay people... It's been more mature individuals saying Coronation Street shouldn't have this storyline, but I just believe that's ignorant if I'm honest."
